I’m a personal brand and visibility coach — but more than that, I create spaces for women to step out of the noise and reconnect with themselves and their work.
Because most of the women I work with don’t need more information.
They need clarity.
They need direction.
And they need to feel like themselves in their business again.
My work blends strategy, conversation and creativity — often inspired by nature, growth and what’s happening beneath the surface.
Whether we’re working online or sat at the allotment table, the goal is the same:
To untangle what’s not working, reconnect you with what is…..and help you move forward with confidence.
I’m also the founder of The Northern Lass Lounge — a community built to support women in business to grow with confidence, connection and visibility.
That work led to me being awarded an MBE for services to female entrepreneurship and community.
But more than the award, it’s the work behind it that matters.
Supporting women to find their voice, build something meaningful and feel confident in what they’re creating.
That’s what still sits at the heart of everything I do.
