Payment
Monthly Membership (£10/month)
Monthly payments will be automatically taken from your bank on the date you sign up. This is a rolling monthly membership with no minimum term.
Annual Membership (if applicable)
If an annual option is offered, yearly payments will be taken at the advertised discounted rate. This payment is non-refundable and renews automatically 12 months from the date you signed up.
You may terminate your membership at any point by filling in the cancellation form.
Kylie Dixon Coaching reserves the right to terminate your membership without penalty (see "Termination of Membership").
Membership Access
As a member, you will have access to:
The full Training Library inside The Membership
All existing courses and resources
All previous recordings of live sessions.
Any relevant future live sessions recorded in the community hub by Kylie will be uploaded to the library for members to watch again later.
Kylie Dixon reserves the right to remove training from the Library if it becomes out of date (or for any reason).
You may terminate your membership at any point by filling in this form.
Content
All of the training is created from Kylie's own knowledge with a combination of experience and opinion.
The content in your training may be a mixture of pre-recorded content as well as live downloads from The Membership Community Hub.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Copyright
All training, resources, downloads, and materials are for your personal use only.
Reproduction, sharing, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
Misuse or breach will result in legal action.
Termination of Membership
Kylie Dixon Coaching reserves the right to cancel any membership at her sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER TERMINATION?
Termination of Your Membership shall be without prejudice to the rights of either party, which accrued prior to the date of such termination including any outstanding payment obligations.
If Your Membership is terminated:
A - by Kylie for whatever reason:
a) You shall not be entitled to a refund of Your Membership Fee paid
b) You will be informed via email of the termination and will not be obligated to share the details of this beyond what is stated in this policy
c) Your access to online content, groups, communities, invitations to events and all forms of communication will be stopped immediately.
d) You will be marked as uncontactable in the database
B - by You legitimately under these Terms where Kylie is at fault:
a) You shall be entitled to a refund of Your Membership Fee or any part of it. (unused prorata)
b) Payments will be ceased from any existing Card Payment Authorisation or Direct Debit upon termination.
c) You may request your details are removed from all databases entirely; otherwise you will remain on the email list and may be contacted in future.
C - by You legitimately under these Terms where there is no fault or reason:
a) You shall not be entitled to a refund of Your Membership Fee paid.
b) Payments will cease to be taken from any existing Card Payment Authorisation or Direct Debit upon termination.
c) You may request your details are removed from the database entirely; otherwise you will remain on the email list and may be contacted in future.
Single Training Purchases
Grant of Access
Upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions and successful registration, Kylie grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for the specific course via this online platform for your personal and non-commercial use.
Duration of Access
Your access to the Course is conditional upon the existence of the Course on this platform. You will have continuous access to the Course content as long as it remains active and available on this online platform.
Non-Permanence of Course Offering
Rights to discontinue the Course at any time are at kylies sole discretion. Reasons for discontinuation may include, but are not limited to, outdated content, low enrolment, or resource reallocation.
No Entitlement to Continuity
The continuation of the Course is not guaranteed. Access to the Course is provided on an "as is" basis, and your use of the Course is subject to the possibility of its discontinuation as described herein.

This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Kylie Dixon Coaching or associated companies, partners, and other companies with which Kylie Dixon Coaching has arranged services for your benefit.
The only information held will be what you provide on registration of the membership:

You are under no statutory or contractual requirement or obligation to provide us with your personal information; however at least the information above is required in order to deal with you as a Member or service user in an efficient and effective manner.
The legal basis for processing your data is based on your specific consent and legitimate interest that will have been requested at the point the information was initially provided, therefore data about you will not be stored, processed or transferred outside the parties detailed above unless there is appropriate lawful reason to do so. You have the right to remove your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link included on all emails you receive.
Unless otherwise required by law, your data will be stored for a period of 2 years after the last contact with you or some other identifiable action or period, at which point it will be deleted.
