In these 3 hour workshops we will show you a variety of tools and techniques for prioritising your tasks and helping you to be more efficient with your time. We will try out some of these techniques so you can see for yourself how simple it can be to turn feeling overwhelmed to being organised.

This Practical Planning session will cover some of the most popular ways to break down your tasks and organise your to do’s including things like:

The Eisenhower Matrix
Brain Dumping
Time Blocking
Time Logging
We will also look at different systems & digital tools that can help prevent you from getting distracted by side quests or procrastinating and getting nowhere. Can't Make Any Date? Nee worries lass - SJP is recording a guided version of the session that you can work through at your leisure! Book onto one of the online sessions and we will give you the option to have it added it straight into your training library in our app so whether you attend the online session or not you will be able to work through it.
