WHY WE CREATED SUPPORT SQUAD
Sometimes, being in business feels like you’re carrying the weight of it all on your own. You’ve got the ideas, the drive, and the goals - but staying consistent and confident?
That’s where most of us stumble.
That’s why we created the Support Squad: the next-level tier for Northern Lass Lounge members who are ready to stop treading water and start moving forward...FAST!

— SUPPORT SQUAD - 3 MONTH MENTORING PROGRAMME
WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU INSIDE?
For 3 months, you’ll be part of a tight-knit squad that combines mentorship, accountability, and real sisterhood.
✨ A Lead Mentor Just for You: Work closely with one of our powerhouse mentors. Each brings a wealth of experience and a no-nonsense approach to helping you get results.
✨ Small Accountability Squad (5 Lasses Max): Your growth group is intentionally small, so you’ll build trust, keep each other motivated, and stay laser-focused on progress.
✨ Group Coaching & 1:1 Mentoring: A mix of intimate squad sessions and tailored one-to-one support means you’ll always have someone in your corner. Each month you will meet with the pod and have a 60 minute 1:1 session too!
✨ Private WhatsApp Community: Never more than a message away from encouragement, answers, or a gentle (or firm!) kick of motivation.
✨ Next Level Lounge Membership: Your membership is included for the months you spend in the Squad so you have full access to all of the training and support and the regular motivation stations to super-power your accountability time!

THE CRAIC
✨ Apply - from 15th September we will be accepting limited numbers of applications via this page - at 7am on the 15th September the application form will be accessible so send this link to yourself in a message and set a reminder to come and apply!
✨ Set up payment - if your application is successful you will be asked to set up a recurring payment of £195 per month for 3 months. Your normal membership for the Next Level will be paused during this time.
✨ Set Your 3-Month Goal – Meet with your mentor and pod, decide what success looks like for you.
✨ Plan the Steps – Break it down into clear, achievable actions.
✨ Stay Accountable – Show up, do the work, celebrate progress, and keep moving.
At the end of your 3 months, you’ll have made tangible progress towards your goals - and gained confidence, clarity, and connections along the way.
The Details
✨ Starts: 1st October
✨ Commitment: 3 months minimum
✨ Investment: £195 per month (includes your Next Level Lounge membership)
✨ Spaces: 3 groups of 5 lasses – limited availability
After your 3 months, you can re-commit for another round or free up your place for another member ready to step in.
✨ So - that's it!
No contract beyond the 3 months, no pressure... just support and results!

FAQS
Do I have to be a Next Level Lounge member?
Kind of – this is an advanced tier of support, exclusively for our NEXT LEVEL members. If you are a member, during the time you are working in a Support Squad we will pause the payment on your membership and restart it once your time in the squad ends. BUT if you are not a Next Level Member yet thats ok... you can apply to the Support Squad now and that gives you membership for the 3 months you work with your mentor.. at the end we will keep a place for you in the Next Level Lounge if you want to continue your membership at the standard monthly or annual rate (£35 per month or £350 per year).
What if I can't commit for 3 months?
The minimum commitment for being part of a Squad is 3 months. If you are not able to commit to that this time we suggest waiting and putting your name down on the waiting list for the next time places become available.
We ask for 3 month commitment because that gives us a reasonable amount of time to provide you with the tools and support to start to make real progress on your goals.
What if I can’t commit after 3 months?
That’s fine lass - if you get everything you need from the Support Squad in the 3 months then we are buzzin! You can step away and continue as a Next Level member or not... nee bother.
What if I’m nervous about keeping up?
That’s exactly why the squad exists - to support you through the wobbles and keep you accountable.
I am already paying for the Next Level Membership - do I pay twice?
No - we will pause your next level membership payment until your time in the squad finishes.
