The Northern Lass Lounge want our relationship to be as seamless and transparent as possible so we can continue to support you in the right way.
What is Level Up?
Level Up is an 8-month program designed for lasses who want to grow their business to the next level with more hands-on support and accountability in a 1-2-1 and small group setting.
What will we cover?
Alongside all of the ongoing training and resources available in the Lounge Suite you will be given a mentor from one of our expert team who will work with you 1-2-1 to give you actions and support to really level up your business.
You will have fortnightly 1-2-1 coaching sessions, as well as dedicated group chats, workshops and the opportunity to get monthly support from other members of the Northern Lass Lounge team in their chosen specialist fields for tailored direction.
You will get a Social Media 1:1 Session with Kylie Dixon; a 1:1 Branding Review with Mirren Brown AND one hour sessions with all of the other Lounge Legends throughout your program (to be arranged based on your schedule and the goals you decide on with your Mentor).
You will get 1 group face to face workshop in the North East and then an online workshop to check progress and review goals.
All of the trainings are created from the Lounge Team’s own experiences with a combination of experience and opinion and our live videos are a combination of experience and opinion.
All information is correct at time of recording, social media can and does change frequently. You will find consistent content is uploaded all of the time but you will always have Kylie and the team’s awareness of any major changes or updates in the main Next Level Lounge Facebook Group.
Why should I sign up?
You will get expert 1-2-1 guidance, support and actions, as well as on demand training videos and resources, accountability and an exclusive community of like-minded business women for peer support.
You will get monthly networking sessions and training included, as well as access to live weekly coaching and support in the Next Level Lounge and benefit from fantastic working relationships with other successful entrepreneurs to help you reach your personal and business goals.
You will be shortlisted for the Level Up Award for that year's Award's Night, receive a free ticket to that event as well as all workshops that occur during your program, and receive exclusive merchandise and stationery.
What are the practicalities?
Level up between May and January - dates for each year will differ slightly, check the application page for current dates.
There will be a face-to-face introductory workshop in May in the North East which you must attend.
Other sessions will be online and coaching sessions will be scheduled between individuals to suit both parties. You will be added to an exclusive group chat, the Next Level Lounge and Lounge Suite and given guidance on how to use these. Please read and keep up to date on the rules of the group. We reserve the rights to change these at any time.
Any questions about the Next Level Lounge, The Lounge Suite can be submitted and asked in the Next Level Lounge Facebook Group. The group chat is your space as a community of Level Up Lasses to use as you feel necessary to support and motivate and ask questions. The Lounge team will also use this for important updates and key dates.
A full service level agreement (SLA) outlining Terms and conditions will be made available to you on successfully receiving a place on the program: This must be signed and returned before your place on the program is agreed and payment is made.
Confidentiality
We want our communities to continue to be a safe place for you. We completely understand that in the sharing of our experiences as a trusted community you may divulge personal information and situations. The Next Level Lounge and the Level Up Chat will remain private, meaning all of our conversations will be kept within our safe spaces and will not at any time either directly or indirectly, be used by a third party, unless we feel there is a risk of personal safety in which case we would discuss this fully with you before we shared any information.
We trust our loungers and we hope you will support us in making this an amazing space for all. Please note ALL materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
Who is eligible?
You must be a female business owner.
You must be able to complete all elements of the program and commit to attending all sessions.
You must be a member of the Northern Lass Lounge community.
What are the costs?
If you opt to pay in full up-front payment of £3780 will be taken from your account on the date you sign up to the Level Up Program. Up front payments in full are discounted by £200. At the end of the 8 month period there will be no further payments taken from your account.
The monthly payment option for the program will total £497.50 per month. The first payment will be automatically taken from your bank account on when the program begins in May followed by equal monthly payments for the remaining 7 months.
Your payment is your commitment to the program and as a Level Up Lass we expect you to see the full course through its entirety. Refunds will not be issued for this program.
What are the next steps?
You must complete the written application before the deadline, check application page for details.
Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed on Zoom in early March and successful applicants will be notified in due course.
Confidentiality

All members must also agree to maintain the confidentiality for other members.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. You will be notified of any significant changes to these terms and your continued membership in the programme after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

The Northern Lass Lounge is a community and network exclusively for women business owners. We aim to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space tailored to the unique experiences, challenges, and opportunities faced by women in business.
In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, we are legally permitted to offer a single-sex membership for our courses, programmes and services to women as a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim. Our mission is to address the underrepresentation of women in business networking, provide resources and support designed specifically for women, and foster a sense of community among women business owners.
While we proudly focus on supporting women, we are also committed to inclusivity. We warmly welcome all individuals who identify and live as women, including cisgender women and transgender women, into our community.
We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all members.
Due to the specific aims and purpose of this programme, we do not extend membership to men. This decision is made to uphold the integrity of our mission and ensure the effectiveness of the support we provide. However people of all genders are able to purchase our stand alone courses.
