— LEVEL UP PROGRAM
WHAT TO EXPECT IN LEVEL UP
121 Coaching
From the beginning of your Level Up journey you will be assigned a lead mentor from the team who will conduct fortnightly 121s tailored to your needs. In addition, you will get sessions with ALL of the Legends:
Social Media 121 with Kylie. All tailored to YOUR challenges and goals with social media…with a bit of Kylie craic along the way
Branding 121 with Mirren – A review of your current branding. Then together with Mirren you will create a tailored action plan for your business to help your brand stand out from the crowd.
A session with each of the other Legends; Amy Martin, Angela Laverick, Lozza Mac, Sarah Jane Phelps and Ruth Watson... use their expertise to your advantage, you have an hour with each of them (excluding which ever is your mentor).
Group sessions & workshops
At the beginning of the program there will be a face to face group session with all Level Up successful applicants. This will be a fantastic way to work together like never before. A room full of driven and motivated lasses all ready to support each other in succeeding their goals. During this session you will:
Meet your mentor
Plan your program sessions and set goals
Get to know the other lasses
Find out more about the bonus sessions with all of the Legends and start to arrange when they will fit into your program plan
A further online group session will be included on the program to discuss progress as a team of Levelling Up awesomeness.
Next Level Lounge training suite
You have full access to all of the Next Level Lounge Suite resources as well as invitations to our online Lounge & Learn sessions for no additional cost for the entire length of the program (usually £25 per month). You will also be invited to the Next Level Lounge community group on Facebook.

Applicant Requirements
This is for lasses who are 100% committed to the program. We are looking for true action takers who are able to attend all proposed workshops and 121s and are able to take on feedback and guidance in learning environments. We want to continue to create fantastic working relationships between everyone on the programme and our team and therefore it is vital the successful applicants are truly driven individuals who are ready for this next step. There will be various accountability points with agreed actions set and we cannot wait to help you reach your business and personal goals. The program is open to any member of the Next Level Lounge OR The Northern Lass Lounge community.

HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS
You will submit your written application via our online form. The team will then consider all applications and move any successful candidates through to the interview process. Interviews will then be completed via Zoom where you will have a relaxed chat with one of the team members to discuss your application and have a chat about any questions you may have.
