The Northern Lass Lounge was founded by Kylie Dixon in June 2020 after experiencing overwhelm and anxiety when trying to manage her business on social media. With no-one to turn to or affordable support for new businesses she decided to set up a Facebook group to bring northern business women together who were going through the same challenges.
Fast forward a couple of years and The Northern Lass Lounge has become the online go-to community in the NE for those looking for practical help, guidance, training and friendship. With flexible social media training modules covering everything from ideal client, Instagram, Facebook groups and much more, the lounge is helping female business owners flourish on platforms they would have previously hidden away from.

With all of their proven impact behind them Kylie and her team have listened to their audience and developed for the first time ever a one-stop flexible shop for all things business. The Next Level Lounge training suite is an app and website packed full of ongoing coaching, resources, challenges and training, all accessible 24hrs and designed with busy lasses like you in mind.
As well as the incredible online tools and support the Lasses also run regular 'Lounge and Learn' sessions where you can meet with other lasses of the lounge, get some coaching AND get your business known! Don't worry though lass... we don't do 'networking' like you might have experienced in the past!

NO requirement to bring new people
NO pressure!
These sessions are completely optional and always great fun! True friendships and incredible business collabs have grown from them so we encourage members to join in when they feel ready.

Kylie Dixon founder of The Northern Lass Lounge invites NorthEast businesswomen to come and lounge, chat and give you the craic. This community which began as a support group on Facebook has now become the go to place for female entrepreneurs on social media. Having overcome the anxiety and overwhelm which can be caused by running a business on social media, Kylie now gives practical no bull crap coaching and advice to thousands of business lasses! Each week Kylie will interview members from the Lounge to hear their experiences in growing a business online.
